1900s J.E. Dallas 5-String Banjo

A very cool pre-1914 J.E. Dallas banjo!

Manufactured by J.E. Dallas, a UK-based manufacturer of banjos, this particular example most likely was manufactured before 1905 and a name change, and was manufactured at the 415 Strand Street location before relocating in 1914. 

These particular banjos are pretty straight-forward, solid built instruments. Featuring little in the way of decorative elements, this particular example presents in good condition. 

Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a medium action. Includes a hard case.
