Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the instrument in its original hardshell case or gig bag, and secure it inside the original shipping carton with all included accessories and documentation.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
